Our hearts are broken and this is the hardest story we will ever have to tell. 💔 My husband, our dad, our best friend, Dave, passed away last night. Dave was more than someone behind the counter. often i think bettors don't understand that every line move is not an immediate reaction to a bet just placed. a majority of my non gameday line moves are either exploratory or continuation moves. continuation meaning following up on an earlier line move that lacked resistance.

Bookmakers have somehow convinced people that this isnt how they should operate. The regulation in this industry is absolutely woeful. The bookmakers should be made to take ownership for errors they make in the same way I would on Betfair. Not punish customers.
