BREAKING: PWU has just filed an unfair labor practice against @SierraClub for retaliation against union leaders after learning of a plan to layoff half of the National Unit Bargaining Team and three elected union leaders, along with around 30 repped staff

Our union has been bargaining in good faith since November across 10 sessions. Unfortunately, we have seen further retaliation against staff by management in recent weeks, including changes to the working conditions of all members of our bargaining committee.

We have good news to share today! MN350 leadership has signed the final paperwork to voluntarily recognize ALL members of our union, reversing their earlier insistence on denying union protections to some of our colleagues. (1/5)
