My heart goes out to #TamirRiceβs family, especially to his mother, Samaria Rice, on today, Tamirβs birthday. He should be celebrating 23 years. It is a grave injustice that heβs not. And I just canβt imagine how devastating that is for Ms. Riceβ¦Iβm sorry.
