1) Whilst many people have called for the end of hierarchies, we’ve failed to do away with them because they serve a useful purpose.
2) We should think less about how the org chart is constructed & more how we design for connection.
3) Rather than breaking down silos, we need to join them up, through social connections that span boundaries.
