#MSUM CM Student, Mike Bedard, is working for Plainview Design & Build, Bismarck, ND. Over this summer he has been working on a house for one of their project managers, performing multiple tasks. His "favorite part of the internship has been the continuation of this project."

Our students work in all sectors of construction including commercial, industrial, residential, highway, and more! This summer CM student, Trista Kees, is a field engineer intern with Mortenson on a wind turbine project. She is getting a blend of office and field experiences.

Andi Williams is interning with SEH on a roadway project. Her summer has been busy learning new design techniques and construction capabilities, learning from experienced professionals, and observing construction to verify compliance with plans and specifications. #MSUM

Ryan is interning at DL Jones Construction at the MinnDak Farmers Coop in Wahpeton, ND. Ryan enjoys working at DL Jones because it "feels like family." He also gets to work with two little dogs at the office every day! #MSUM #constructioninternship

Yesterday our Estimating class got a tour of Weld Hall from #MSUM Executive Director of Facilities Management, Brenda Norris. Weld Hall will get a complete renovation over the next year. It's always great having a construction project on campus for our students to learn from!
