Mid-season air seeder conversion in the field. Customer could not seed and was down and out and we came up with a custom solution to get their seeder back operational and better than ever. Raven RCM to the rescue on possibly the first ever Flexicoil in the world to be hooked to an older Flexicoil with existing motors and sensors!

Wrapping up week 7 in a row. 49 days on the road straight putting in well over 100 hours a week every week keeping the wheels turning. 49 days of way too little sleep and way too much caffeine. Week 8 starts tomorrow as the seeding season grind continues on.

“Field ready” is my least favourite term out there. There needs to be a standard to what can actually be considered field ready.

The daily texts from happy customers from having their issues solved over the phone is a big reason we keep doing what we do. The number of issues fixed over the phone without even stepping foot on the farm is staggering. Good in-person support is extremely important in this industry but incredible phone support is just as important if not more important.
