I'm starting to really dislike making travel plans.
Trying to go to Canfurence this year and it's frustrating to see how expensive it is to book the flight and hotel.
My budget is small and I'm scared I'm gonna get booked out. I don't want to miss another convention again. :(

I was watching Vinny play the Star Fox 64 remake, the game looks lifeless.
- Every character looks bored and doesn't have enough facial animation to convey what their feeling.
- The dialogue feels off everywhere, even lines kept from SF64 have less impact than it should.

- The prologue SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLAYABLE. So disappointing to reduce James's death to a cutscene and only solidify's this remake's refusal to do something new.
- Some levels like Meteo are in a brightly lit nebula for no reason, making forground objects look too dark.

- Some of the art style and graphics look good, I like the UI in particular, but I despise how this remake uses "realism" to justify being new.
- Music sounds fine, I only have nitpicks.
I miss the exaggeration, the campiness. Fox from the SMG movie felt better than this.

I started a big project, but I have a feeling it won't be done by my 30th birthday (the 19th.) So I'll try to have something smaller ready by then.
