Iron Warriors paint hazard stripes on those dangerous weapons so you know not to approach and potentially get hurt, and yet somehow they're the bad guys?
If the iron warriors are supposed to be the bad guys why does their armor comply with OSHA regulations??

The diversity point stood out to me. Since they are not "bound" to any Chaos God, the Iron Warriors have plenty of breathing room to bring forth a wide range of characters, each with their own pursuits.
For every Forrix, you have a Kroeger. For every Honsou, you have a Dantioch.

For a more "modern" meaning of the word diverse, I think it's really funny how a good chunk of female Space Marines and traitor Sisters of Battle art I've seen has them being Iron Warriors.
Never got why that's the case, but I think it's awesome.

The Imperial media won't tell you this, but the Iron Warriors were present at Romania's Great Union.

Machavrios is an interesting case.
He was present for the War of Rust and Ruin, where he and his Grand Company were greatly affected by the Death Guard's plagues.
He sought to evacuate as many of his brothers and live to fight another day, as he succumbed to the Warp diseases.

To preserve his mind and appoint someone as a spokesman for the efforts to come, Perturabo modified an Iron Circle automaton and, with Vashtorr's aid, transferred the Warsmith's soul into the consctruct.
Machavrios was born once again, reforged and with a new, brilliant purpose.

Come to think of it, this would make him a Daemon Prince, one sworn to Perturabo.
Still trying to figure out something to make him more Chaosy, probably more chains and some flesh growths mixed with the mechanical parts.
Would make for a hell of a kitbash, LOL

So anyway, behold the Lord-Regent of Medrengard, Warsmith Machavrios!
An ancient warrior dating back to the Horus Heresy, he was granted new life as a spokesman for the Lord of Iron, with a heavily armed Domitar-Ferrum Battle-Automaton serving as his new form.

Me: People have been calling me Lord Regent a lot, I should make an Iron Warrior OC that reflects this new aspect. Something imposing, worthy of that title.
Also me: What if Iron Circle automaton... but with a cape?
