Later today, TFT will be deploying a B-patch for 17.4. I'm posting the notes now for those looking to prepare for competitive events later this week, but expect the Patch Notes to updated shortly, when the game updates. The targets of our changes are Stage 5 , where only a few comps can find winning lines, and then helping out some early-game options where we can. Fast 9 is currently too consistent due to a myriad of augments/Arbiter/high-end cap. We're adjusting some of these, and will be looking to tweak other systems as needed in 17.5 if Fast is still the dominant strategy. The live team has a balance focused mid-patch update targeted to go live by end of day today. The patch aims to open up more comps through nerfs to over-performers (Vex, Zoe, etc) and buffs to underperforming units/traits (Ezreal, Space Groove, etc). Full details with a patch notes update soon.
