Ask @RishiSunak why TUPE employees can use evidence to show they have legitimately changed from one employer’s payroll to the next, but new starters cannot. From HMRC’s point of view, how are we different?

If @RishiSunak can change the rules for people who have been transferred to another company to benefit his father-in-law’s business, then he can do it for new starters! So, we’re family, include us as well!

TUPE employees have changed employers, and they can submit evidence as proof of employment. Why can’t new starters?

The CJRS rules were changed to include TUPE employees, which helped @RishiSunak's father-in-law, as his company Infosys acquired Simplus mid-March and the employees were then eligible. New starters are no different. What if we were family too? #SunakFamilyFirst #NewStarterJustice
