Our Co-Founder, @BethDoane, was honored as a featured speaker at this year’s @ConcordiaSummit. Displaying vulnerability and courage while sharing her own personal story surrounding mental health, family and the definition of success, she received a standing ovation.
It has also been reported that 53% of CEOs and leaders also suffer from a mental health condition.

Have you ever had a Get Stuff Done (GSD) Day? At @MainandRose, Fridays have no calls, no meetings and no distractions so our team can stay in pajamas or work at a cafe — and tackle everything on their to-do list for a stress-free weekend

We encourage at least one #MentalHealth day a month, especially after a big project or presentation. A burnt-out team = a failing company. Remember — parts of our brains start to shut down when we overwork. We need days to recharge and have fun.
Personality tests are powerful. Our team likes #Print#Enneagram. They help us identify what makes us react, and how we unconsciously behave when we feel triggered.
When we are self-aware we thrive instead of fail in complex situations.
