MCS Activation in Warren Co. At 8:35 pm, deputies responded to a man down call and discovered 2 people shot near S. Stracks Church Rd and Hwy M. Both people died on scene. Investigators ID'd a vehicle of interest that was found in Foristell around 3 am. See the release for info.
