A cracking beer for a cracking day. Great stable head, lovely carbonation, initial malty sweetness, leading to a pleasing bitter finish. A classic Helles.

Trying a few of their fun beer ingredients including bergamot and marshmallow root. And the most interesting, and wonderful, food I have tried: five flavour berry. Sweet, herbal, sour, bitter and salty. Like the Willy Wonka version of fruit.

@BrewingDew cask ale on the pump ...again at @Hartes_Kildare session pale ale that wont have you falling off your stool prematurely. Easy 3% fruity-malty-balanced ale. Be aware that @MaltcrackerInn was seen drinking it last night so stocks are clearly limited now. 1 cask only!
