Some of Newcastle United Entertainers are reuniting this weekend in the name of charity. The swashbuckling style of Keegan's side will be replaced by a more sedate type of football as Peter Beardsley leads a team out at Gateshead Leisure Centre for a game of walking football to raise much needed funds for Age UK North Tyneside to help Dementia Patients have a better quality of life. The Newcastle legend will be joined by local lads Lee Clark, Steve Howey, and Paul Robinson, whilst Ruel Fox and Darren Peacock will be joined by Kevin Scott. They will be taking on a local media squad which will be led by former United fullback John Anderson and  includes Lee Ryder, Simon Pryde, and Matthew Raisbeck. The event has been organised by Age Uk Ambassadors Steve Wraith and Joe Allon. Doors open at midday on Saturday and the match kicks off at 1pm.
