The British countryside is a national treasure. Its beauty is maintained by farmers. No drama. Timeless beauty. Constantly renewed.

I’ve written to Thames Water raising serious concerns about rising bills, poor service and the pollution of the River Roding that is ruining our community and environment. Thames Water cannot be allowed to keep profiting at the expense of billpayers. I will continue to hold them to account. I’ll also be meeting them by the River Roding to discuss the degradation of the river and demand answers on how they will fix it. Enough is enough. We must take back control of our water.

Very emotional moment from the interview with Zelenskyy. You should watch this. JOURNALIST: Do you miss being an actor? ZELENSKYY:?I miss being a good father. JOURNALIST: When your children were little, what did you tell them the most? What was the thing that you told them the most when they were small? ZELENSKYY: I love you. JOURNALIST: And what do you tell them now that they're older? ZELENSKYY: Oh, I miss you. JOURNALIST: When was the last time you cried? ZELENSKYY: I will try to do it after our interview. No, I mean this, between us. I'm a normal man and then there are a lot of different moments, between us, almost each day, a lot of losses on the battlefield and civilians, and there are absolutely crazy attacks on our people. And I'm just, it's… I mean, It's very difficult really, when I give orders (medals). I said about it. It's always difficult for me when I give orders (medals) to the mothers and fathers, who lost their children. In such moments, really, I often cry. JOURNALIST: Are you a hero? ZELENSKYY: No. JOURNALIST: So who is your hero? ZELENSKYY:?My hero? My children, my army, our army, and Ukrainian people. So I'm a part… I'm also a Ukrainian, so I'm a part of our nation. But now our nation, I think, that our nation is absolutely heroic.

Dear @realDonaldTrump blooming well said. Now my flawed pal Mr Netanyahu might be reaching for the ketchup nothing like throwing something at a wall I suppose ( perk of the job he must have people-someone to clean it up and hopefully won’t be worried about wasting red sauce) . Getting back to the subject of not committing war crimes he needs to hear that from friends. I’ve told him countless times but I don’t think my friendship carries much weight! But yours might…. I say to any and all with a thing for warring please stop hurting innocents. Well said again. PS Thank goodness you decided to end the war with Iran. We were all feeling the pinch as it were.
SHOTS FIRED… President Trump just dunked on Israel for committing War Crimes against Civilians “Israel has been fighting Hezbollah TOO LONG and too many people are being killed, and you don’t have to KNOCK DOWN an apartment house everytime you’re looking for somebody, because they’re a lot of people in those apartment houses, and they’re NOT all Hezbollah that can tell you. And I suggested to Israel to let Syria take care of Hezbollah, because to be honest with you, I think they do a better job of doing it.” rumble.com/v7bde6a-trump-cri…

Poor baby Preston didn't have much of a start in life. His mother Sarah, now 42, was jailed aged 14 for the 1998 torture and murder of a pensioner. Preston was, justifiably, taken from her after birth. Given these unpropitious circumstances, it was the job of the state – here Oldham council – to give him a fair start in life. To begin with, that's what happened; a decent foster family looked after him. It was when he was given to the care of Jamie Varley, 37, and his boyfriend, John McGowan-Fazakerley, 32, that he was subjected to sexual torture, fear and pain over the course of four months that ended his life. A post-mortem examination found Preston, who was just 13 months old when he died, suffered more than 40 injuries, including 30 visible bruises and serious internal injuries to his throat and bottom. ✍️ Melanie McDonagh Article | spectator.com/article/did-fe…

▪️Say no to government controlled digital ID. ▪️Say no Checkpoint Britain. ▪️Say no to a ‘papers-please’ society on your phone that destroys privacy and freedom. ▪️Say no to government surveillance on every service you use, every place you go, or every transaction you make. ▪️Say no to the risk of another post office scandal / data breach waiting to happen Britain has always rejected national ID cards. We fought too hard for liberty to hand it over for “convenience” or the illusion of “safety”. This is about government control. We don’t need a government app on our phones to prove we exist. Britain must remain a free country - not a government owned database state. Because no one voted for this.

My constituents have had to endure sewage or droughts for several years due to the various failures of our water systems. @sewateruk are building a reservoir, but that'll take at least 10 yrs.Until then, they simply cannot guarantee supply to existing homes, let alone 1000s more.

Dear @mfa_russia sigh this made me think of R .it isn’t just about appearance of weakness as war so often bakes in a terminal weakness. Oh, shadow powers - just look at the state of R as a consequence of the illegal invasion of parts of Ukr. Sigh. That law of comeuppance has already bitten R but the Conclan are cladded in foolish denial. I genuinely am saddened as I would never celebrate the self caused demise of anyone or any nation. The question for you shadow powers how far do you want R to fall? My repeated plea :do the silent thing…, also leave all Ukr and focus on positively creating a free and wealthy nation within your border - for the R people. Perhaps I a naive idiot but I prefer that to the idiocy of psycho warring. Where is Mr Prigozhin - yeah a psycho killer but someone who faced the truth about this disaster war.
I once asked Henry Kissinger after a press conference what a superpower should do to avoid looking weak. ‘Don’t start a war,’ he said. He meant Vietnam, but it seems particularly relevant now.
