The number of people on X who are pissed that Elon has a greater net worth than anyone else is disappointing. The fact that most of them have paid for the privilege of saying so on a platform Elon owns is hysterical.

Someone asked who was going to win the World Cup. I think it's going to be America. It has nothing to do with the games, & everything to do with the visitors' positive reactions to our home.

PSA to World Cup visitors. I know in some of your countries, you use the "c" word as a light swear to one another. Some in the US do, too. But to a large percentage, that's the most foul name you can call someone. Especially when alcohol is involved. Tread carefully.

I'll be 65 next week. On Jan 1 of this year my phone started blowing up with sales calls for Medicare (which I've had since '17), car insurance, home improvement, & the ever popular "we've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty" senior citizen scams. ⬇️

My number has been on the Do-Not-Call list for 21 years. My number has been spoofed so often it's been flagged as VOIP (it's not) & banned from use the Social Security website. Nothing I can do to change that. They can block ME because I've been spoofed, but not the spoofers.

Got news that a dear lady from church is refusing any more medical treatment & checking herself out of the hospital to go home for however long she has left. I was holding it together after last night pretty well until I heard that this morning. I just can't anymore.
