Playing faceit and getting threatened that people will kill my family. The only thing the the ticket support will say is: "Keep in mind that this support only deals with the most extreme cases of abuse, harassment, griefing, etc."

There is people that take insults like this very serious and they are not being heard. Maybe even have trouble sleeping at night. Waiting for weeks for ticket support. But as soon as a some people abuse their faceit admin friends. Others get banned left and right after 30minutes.
