ALT We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our upcoming Unseemly Shakespeare - LEAR 👑 LEAR is directed by Kayleigh Hawkins and touring to Hope Mill Theatre & Shakespeare North Playhouse this June. LEAR marks our 5th annual Shakespeare, produced by HER Productions, Girl Gang Manchester & Unseemly Women. We are interested in female & non-binary applicants for this role, who are seeking opportunities to assist and emerge in direction. We are particularly interested in LGBTQIA applicants, applicants from the global majority and those who identify as disabled. Unseemly Shakespeare runs on a profit share model for all team members. The Assistant Director would not be required for all rehearsals, but need good availability across this period.
