Loaded Lion Manecity Expedition Update My Second major feedback. ❤️ Overall it is a Great update and again I would like to highlight it's positive changes and expansion to the Manecity Game. It really pushed the whole ecosystem to a great direction. I can clearly see the devs always keep news players in mind which i think should be one of the primary concern with each update. But as a longterm holder I would like to also share my subjective opinion what I think it would both help to improve gameplay and respect longterm holders. 1. Monster & Resource Metrics The current monster, resource and size metrics feel largely irrelevant since most maps only display a power score. It would be great to see these metrics displayed separately, with each having a distinct impact on expedition outcomes. This would add more depth and strategy to map selection. 2. NFT Utilization (Especially Loaded Lions, Dark Lions & Cybercubs) Expeditions do a great job showcasing tools and expedition sets, but they currently underutilize actual NFTs — particularly Loaded Lions, Dark Lions, and Cybercubs. These NFTs are quite underappreciated in the current meta. Adding special positive multipliers or unique bonuses when using them in expeditions would significantly increase their value and give holders more reasons to engage. 3. High-Level Land Experience As an owner of multiple Mythical lands and one of the strongest Primordial lands in the game, owning high-level land currently feels more like a curse than a blessing. Almost no one can realistically play on these lands yet. We can barely scratch the surface of Hard Mode, and Prosperity rewards don’t offer enough incentive or progression for the foreseeable future. 4. Land Combos Land combos remain very weak despite being extremely rare and expensive to collect. As someone who owns all available land combos, I’d love to see them receive meaningful appreciation - perhaps through special bonuses or synergies within the Expedition system. 5. Item Unequipping I have mixed feelings about having to manually unequip items for expeditions. It currently feels more like an inconvenience than a meaningful feature. A better approach would be to automatically make equipped items inactive during the expedition period, then re-activate them automatically once it ends. This would greatly improve the player experience. 6. Essences Essences still don’t feel like a valuable or desirable resource. I believe a small adjustment could change this. One suggestion: allow players to merge buildings that don’t have essences into a main building that does. This would increase the utility and demand for essences without removing their original purpose. Most people don't want to use essence as it greatly reduce its value due to the limitations it brings with it. 7. Minor Quality-of-Life Suggestion It would be really cool to visually see active expeditions or boss fights happening directly on your land map when a team is exploring or fighting there. 8. Expedition notification and history I know this has been reported and being worked on, but as an extra I leave it here. The notification system is a bit hectic and spammy. The historical view of expeditions are getting filled up, without any way to filter completed/unclaimed one and the red "unread" indicator always on. Completed mission are randomly placed on the list so there is a lot of chaotic scrolling to ensure we claim our rewards. Additional Thoughts For future updates, involving experienced players in parts of the game design and mechanics process could be very beneficial for both the community and the team. Last, but not LEAST ‼️ Finally (though not directly related to Expedition), the current @cryptocomnft marketplace remains a major bottleneck for new and existing players due to KYC requirements and the outdated interface. To achieve large-scale global adoption, we need easier decentralized options - ideally an in-game marketplace with 1-2 click purchases supporting Web3 wallets and direct debit/credit card options.
