Now that November is a weeknold: #hactoberfest has been quite succesful within #MapComplete, with a few new contributors and many, many excellent contributions by 🐘RLin@en.osm.town

- added the mapcomplete.osm.be/sports map with fitness stations,fitness- and sport centres and sport shops
- speed camera's and speed displays on the mapcomplete.osm.be/maxspeed theme
- added a really interesting map to help #blind people navigating:… en.osm.town/@MapComplete/109…
