BREAKING: The NLRB has ruled that if bosses commit unfair labor practices in the run-up to a union election then the election will be canceled and the Board will order the employer to immediately recognize and bargain with the union.
Union-busting just got a lot harder.

Today, the Board issued a decision in McLaren Macomb, returning to longstanding precedent holding that employers may not offer employees severance agreements that require employees to broadly waive their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.

2) Made LinkedIn announcements burying updates from fired employees
3) @ericg hit 'like' on Twitter when other companies shared roles for those fired
