Marketing doesn’t reward the best product. It rewards the best positioned one. You’ll see mediocre things win when they tell a better story. Same case, social media rewards visibility. The algorithm likes what is well positioned. Just like great PR for a bad product.

Customer Service is critical. It can make or break your brand. One example is apps that you buy and sell things on. Many of us have a side hustle or use them to buy unique items. When starting on a new site like @eBay or @mercari_app I buy things first before selling.

I listed a few dresses on @Poshmark getting positive feedback. Hours later, a user left comments on my items asking to text photos against rules. I said NO but my account was frozen. I filed complaint and sent screens but 4 days later @PoshmarkSupport hasn't responded.

How I write a blog 👀 1. Come up with a topic 2. Create an outline 3. Write a draft version 4. Edit and revise after a day or 2 5. Read the blog out loud 6. Make the final changes 7. And post! What else would you add?🙏🏻

Current makeup of my team: 📍 2 in Des Moines 📍 1 in Vermont 📍 1 in California 📍 5 in the Quad Cities 📍 1 in Chicago 📍 1 in Germany And a current job posting —open to remote. In a recent employee survey we all said we feel fully connected & part of a team. Remote work works.
