A huge thank you to Air Canada’s wonderful agent from New Brunswick who helped us navigate getting the cats from Singapore to Texas.
Limited to 2 pets per flight, she did an amazing job on getting us there one day earlier that we had planned, but on budget, on our route and made me laugh the entire time.
I’ve never applauded anybody in Air Canada ever, but this lady was amazing.
Not for me, but for the cats.
