TDD does not take extra time. Writing tests _first_ is not overhead because they force you to think through the problem and partition it properly. You’d have to do that thinking anyway.
Testing after the fact IS overhead because you did all that thinking already.

I look for problem solvers and see whether people can communicate well, how they deal with not knowing an answer and whether they are passionate about engineering and growth.
I don’t look for people that memorized algorithm just to pass a interview test.

I don’t like debating for the sake of it. I’m happy to debate with people with different options when there is a mutual and genuine intention to listen and reach an agreement. But if feel that is not the case, I prefer to simply ignore.

The Eric Evans’ book about #ddd should be mandatory for all the teams which are considering to move to #modular #programming. Just to make sure you won’t miss a nice monolithic project 😅
