There is absolutely no need to bring up the past. We must only look forward. Everyone knows that 2020 was the cleanest election ever, following on from 2016, which was the most corrupt election ever, thanks to the Russians. 17,000,000 additional people voted for Biden in 2020 due to his charisma. In 2024, the 17,000,000 forgot to set their alarm clocks on election day and by the time they woke up the polls were closed.

If that is true the value of real estate in these places must be falling rapidly to zero. And the value of properties in the areas least likely to become uninhabitable, such as near the Arctic Circle in the tundra of Canada, should be increasing rapidly.

Surely this is just basic common sense. If Covid is transmitted through the air. By putting a barrier between your mouth & the said air it will reduce transmissibility. It can't fail not to.
