Unbelievable. After delaying my bags & ignoring my claim for 21 days, @qatarairways sends me a form that says I must sign away my right to ANY further claims just to confirm receipt hangs up on my call. This is deception, not customer care. @qrsupport @CAAQATAR.

I flew out Aug 11. Bags never loaded in Kigali (confirmed by @FlyRwandAir). 3 days, multiple flights out, still no shipment despite “priority” assurances from mgr @GKRukundo. Living without essentials, no action from @qatarairways. #PassengerRights - how do people deal with this?

Imagine booking a @qatarairways flight to avoid dealing with the unreliability of @FlyRwandAir, but ending up with them as the local operator anyway… and, the flight is delayed…. AGAIN.
