THIS IS SO GOOD!! Singer Pink sticks it to DeSantis and says she’ll GIVE AWAY banned books at her Florida concerts. At her South Florida stops, the singer announced thats she’ll hand out a whopping 2,000 copies of four books that have been banned by various public schools. “It’s especially hateful to see authorities take aim at books about race and racism and against LGBTQ authors and those of color,” Pink said. All four books — “The Family Book” by Todd Parr, “The Hill We Climb” by Amanda Gorman, “Beloved” by Toni Morrison and a book from “Girls Who Code,” founded by Resha Saujani — have appeared on PEN American’s Index of School Book Bans.
