Impressed with @Ryanair today even though our flight is delayed - they’ve kept us well informed and sent a beverage/snack coupon by text and in their app - other airlines could from them - for instance both Virgin and BA have been shocking in the past. Well done 👏

Even better from @Ryanair - another coupon as it’s past 2 hours delay plus they’ve sent me a form to complete for compensation…brilliant - never had that from another airline 👍👏
