Video from Wellford, S.C. shows a suspected illegal migrant driver and a passenger escape from a white van after the vehicle hit a child on June 11. The suspect was found hiding in the attic of a home by police. The child is in an ICU. The passenger has not been located. Foreign national drivers routinely injure and kill Americans.
