Hey @EE I ordered an upgrade as a birthday present early December, told it'd be 5 working days. Cool, no issue, they said the store would call me. Few weeks later (now after Christmas), no call, thought it was odd I'd not heard anything, so checked the order via website. [1/5]

driving license or other ID on me, I should've been told this on the text or phone call (which never arrived, as mentioned earlier). So I whip out my EE ID badge (as an employee), 'no Sir, has to be official ID'. I offer to walk them to the EE office 500yds away to prove [4/5]

my ID, 'no can do'. So over a month since handing over nearly £600, I've no phone, missed lads birthday, two wasted trips to Leeds, shoved down a customer queue, and the company I work for won't even take their own employee ID as ID. 👏 words fail me. [5/5]

So sad to hear of Gerard Houllier passing today. Some great memories under his leadership. Couldn't quite land number 19, but his reaction to finally landing it was great to see earlier in the year. Came across as a properly good guy. RIP :( Reaction to Gary Macs winner 👍😊

If we stay in lockdown paralysed with fear then we will lose countless other lives.
The British people understand the risks - we have to remember the lockdown is coming at a huge price.
Let's get small businesses open and allow more outside activity - it will help enormously.
