My state of WV has already passed this legislation. We need 15 more states to get on board. Congress will never pass term limits on themselves, this is the only way!

Here's a third idea: seize all vehicles used to block ICE agens.  Forfeit them as instrumentalities used in violation of federal law.  And sell them.
