I was going to post this as part of World Martini Day but was too drunk!!! Anyway, here's a delicious mix of Brandy, sweet vermouth and Benedictine, named in honour of Enrico Caruso who I am honouring in his 150th birthday year, with an album of songs written by and for him.

Italian operatic tenor Enrico Caruso was born on this day in 1873 - exactly 150 years ago!
His memory is very much kept alive in this extraordinary restaurant in Sorrento. Well worth a visit!
