When Eddie went into cardiac arrest at home, daughter Estelle, an off-duty @Ldn_Ambulance call supervisor, gave life-saving CPR until paramedics arrived.
He celebrated his 72nd birthday by reuniting with the team that saved his life.

We were honoured to host His Majesty The King and His Royal Highness Prince William at our Special Operations Room today, where they met with officers involved with the complex security and policing operation.

Have been living with @KatieBurton1 for 13 years, married for almost 10 years....just found out we have "lunch plates" and when I use them for dinner I mess up the system!

Enjoyed being a parent helper for the boys Camping Trip with Beavers.....but my god you couldn't pay me enough to swap my volunteer role. To my @SeaCadetsUK friends, try running a weekend under canvas with 150 Beavers! @ScoutingUK @LWD_SCC #7thhatfield #Beaversintents

Massive thanks to the team on Galaxy ward at Barnet Hospital @barnet_ptexp for looking after this boy, making a scary time friendly & fun!
The School team were, the nurses & student nurses were the very example of world class nursing, kind, compassionate and simply amazing!

The BTEC qualifications offered through CVQO are a huge steeping stone for so many of our young people, having them funded makes them accessible to all. #learningforall
Please consider signing this petition to protect BTEC funding. Young people should be given the ability to study a range of qualifications, allowing their strengths to shine through. Removing choice denies them that chance >> buff.ly/3FCUD2M
