I wanted to give @astleysports gym members a brand new hybrid workout experience for 2025 which I could deliver & fit in early doors on a Sunday.
Being out the house for 06:30 to set it up & deliver this session is made so much easier when you have great members who give π― π

Made a key target for this year is when I do get the downtime from work even if itβs just a few hours itβs to make it count.

Lots of new faces turning out to last nights Clubbercise class @astleysports
This class is perfect for anyone to come & give a try as the room is dark the glow sticks are flashing & the music is old skool 90s dance creating a welcoming & positive workout atmosphere to have fun!

What a way to kick start Clubbercise 2025 here at #astleysportsvillage on a π₯Ά freezing cold night but the hall was certainly on π₯ with over 30 people turning up that Clubbercise heat!
