Let’s go get ‘em, Joe!
Move to Downtown Dunwoody, AKA #Funwoody would be great by me facebook.com/LynnforDunwoody… But would be a yuge coup for @MarkToro to have them singing a Medley in Johns Creek. They are good at what they do fo sho.

Key takeaways from @UrbanLandInst #ULIFall Meeting, where I serve on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council: 1. Misery is ahead for commodity #CRE products, especially #office 2. #Retail is back 3. Capital is “constipated”, likely through ‘23 4. The sky is not falling #retwit

So proud of @hemmer_sara. She’s a rockstar!
Our Director of Marketing Sara Hemmer stopped by @ATLNewsFirst this morning to talk about all the fun we’ve got planned for Halloween weekend across the metro! Whether you’re in Alpharetta, East Cobb, Midtown or Peachtree Corners, we’ve got something for everyone 🎃🏈

It’s that unmistakable sense of place that defines Johns Creek’s newest development, Medley. The first day-to-night destination developed especially for the Johns Creek community, Medley is a celebration of collective joy and approachable luxury. #meetusatmedley

Oh, what a night! 🥳 For the sixth year in a row, my wife Nancy and I chaired The Gathering for @cityofrefugeatl, hosting more than 500 contributors. We raised more than $1.1 million last night and the donations are still pouring in. 🥂Cheers to @BruceDeel1 and his team.🥂

“Avalon came along a few years ago and stole the better tenants out of here.” That’s a bit harsh. How about North Point Mall (and many like it) became irrelevant to the community it serves, thereby rendering it obsolete and unattractive to its tenants? wsbtv.com/news/local/north-f…

It’s been an interesting journey, Conor. What we’ve ascertained in hindsight is that, whereas we set out to build residential, office, hotel and retail, we ended up building #COMMUNITY. What is now inescapable is that what we most seek today is #GATHER.

Interesting to re-read my old post on Alpharetta’s Avalon now. In hindsight, it took until 2013-14 for a post-2008 aspirational model to come together for suburbs. It’s going to be awhile for urban CBD’s.
