If you voted Democrat and you are feeling that the election result is truly horrifying, do this one simple thing for your mental health: Write down your fears of what might happen in the next 4 years on a piece of paper. Re-read and check in on them every few months. It will be a constant source of relief to you when you see that your fears will not, in fact, come true. Then start asking why you had those fears in the first place and how you can prevent them from forming the next time.

Plato famously tells us of prisoners chained in a cave, unable to move their bodies, looking at a blank wall. Behind them are puppeteers holding up puppets and a fire. The prisoners can’t see the puppeteers, or the puppets, or the fire. What the prisoners see are conjured shadows on the wall. And the prisoners mistake those shadows for life, for reality, for truth. This old story speaks to us now. It describes the way the media projects a distorted shadow of reality onto our televisions and computer screens. It describes the way politicians from the two parties distort fellow Americans into black-and-white abstractions and hate-objects. America, we need to escape this captivity. We need to leave the cave. We can no longer mistake shadows for the truth. Outside the cave there are sobering problems, yes, but there are also rivers and trees and sunlight. And fellow human beings. And a beautiful nation. #Kennedy24

To the Mainstream Media Every time you write "roadkill," I will mention dirty C.I.A. regime-change wars and our $35 trillion debt. Every time you write "barbecued goat," I will invoke normalized government censorship, vanishing topsoil, threatened wilderness, the epidemics of addiction and loneliness, the deaths of despair, and the world’s largest chronic disease burden. Every time you write "vaccine crank,” I will remind you of an industry with a well-documented track record of putting profits before people, an industry with unreliable regulatory oversight, an industry which is one of the most powerful entities in the world. Every time you write “fringe,” I will remind you of my pledge to heal the divide and center us in our shared humanity. Every time you write "brain worm," I will mention our blundering foreign policy, which has helped bring our precious earth to the brink of World War III. Your opportunistic fidelity to a monstrous status quo has turned you into the Red Herring Machine. The Defamation Industrial Complex. The Abettor of the Social Lie. We are a beautiful but polarized and ailing nation. The more you smear me, the more I'll keep speaking.

Rarely do I talk to someone who says they disagree with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on policy. It's always, "but he can't win. It's Trump or Biden." The idea that we are so enslaved by the two-party system that we MUST vote for a lesser of two evils is entrenched in the American psyche, a product of corporate brainwashing. Throughout history, we've had a few special opportunities to disrupt the system - but never believed in ourselves enough to vote when it counts. In 1992, Ross Perot had the poll numbers to beat Bush and Clinton. We know now that if everyone had voted based on their polling preferences, we would've had our first independent President since, well, George Washington. Today we stand at a crossroads in American history. For the first time in decades, we have an even greater chance of breaking the two-party system. Joe Biden is out of the race entirely. It's a matter of time before we have a replacement. And Trump still loses to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in a landslide, according to polls. The question is: can Americans change their mindset? Will we realize we are truly free? Or are we too disillusioned to rescue ourselves from the corporate stranglehold on our politics? This is our chance... if only we dare to seize it.

With reports of Joe Biden being expected to drop out of the race in the coming days, it's time to say it. Democrats, if you really want to beat Donald Trump, you have to nominate Robert Kennedy Jr. Before you scroll away, hear me out. You may not like RFK Jr. very much, and though I would assert that is likely due to misinformation, that is not the point. The point is that in a head-to-head match, the polling shows that Kennedy would be the strongest candidate by far to beat Donald Trump. If you actually want to beat Trump, he is your best bet. There are only two candidates who have consistently beaten Trump in several head-to-head polls: Michelle Obama and Robert Kennedy Jr. However, Michelle Obama's office has stated, "As former First Lady Michelle Obama has expressed several times over the years, she will not be running for president." That said, that only leaves one option to ensure beating Trump: Kennedy. A recent poll shows that in a head-to-head match, Kennedy beats Trump by a whopping 14%. Meanwhile, all other Democrats are typically about tied or lose to Trump. No poll since July 12 has shown a Democrat beating Trump. Keep in mind as well that in the past two elections, Trump's results were better than how he actually polled, even when he lost in 2020, so Democrats should also be prepared for that. Democrats have to decide if they want to win or not, because even if they aren't the biggest fans of Kennedy, he is the only one who polls have consistently shown beating Donald Trump and is willing to run. If you choose Kennedy, polling shows you are very likely to secure a very comfortable win by a large margin and block Donald Trump from winning the 2024 presidential election. If you don't, you will have to fight a very, very tight race, with polls showing none of the other options beating Donald Trump, likely giving him another four years in the White House.
