إسرائيل انسحبت من لبنان بالكامل في العام ٢٠٠٠ قبل ان تظهر قضيةً مزارع شبعا
منذ ذلك الحين اللبنانيين السياديين يطالبون بنزع سلاح حزب الله.
منذ ذلك الحين وحتى اليوم (٢٠٠٠ - ٢٠٢٣) لم نسمع مواقف أميركية وأوروبية واسرائيلية تطالب بنزع سلاحه. الأصوات التي طالبت بذلك كانت لبنانية.
اليوم عدا عن حزب الله طبعاً، هناك "مقاومين صالونات" و"مقاومين كافيار" يقولون ان نزع سلاح حزب الله هو استسلام للإملاءات الاميركية! لا يا حضرات السادة لا. هذه المطالبة هي لبنانية مئة في المئة
