Re my view of @NickJFuentes as a generally ill-informed kid, in his recent interview w/@TuckerCarlson, he mentions being "a fan" of Joseph Stalin (1:38-1:40). Tucker says they'll "circle back" to that, but never does. Nick apparently acknowledges Stalin as a mass murderer, but is impressed at how he industrialized Russia. But in the decades preceding the Bolshevik takeover, the Russian economy was growing significantly & no reason why that couldn't have persisted. So Russia probably could've had industrialization w/o the mass murderer Nick admires.

This old anti-evolution canard arrived in email today: "If people evolved from monkeys, why are monkeys still around?" 1. Humans evolved from apes, not monkeys. 2. Polar bears evolved from brown bears, which are still around. So nothing anomalous in a parent species' persistence.
