Today, at the High Court in Cardiff, Richard D Hall was made bankrupt in relation to the enforcement of the judgment made against him.
Since the original High Court judgment in November 2024, every available UK legal route was pursued. Appeals were made, delays followed, yet throughout the process the original findings and orders remained unchanged.
This outcome has never been about revenge or publicity. It has always been about accountability — and about drawing a line against sustained harassment, misinformation and the abuse of innocent victims.
The next stage of the legal process will now follow, with the appointed insolvency practitioners reviewing assets and liabilities in accordance with the bankruptcy order.
Throughout these prolonged proceedings, I made a conscious decision not to be consumed by them. Instead, I chose to focus my energy on something constructive and lasting: supporting victims, advocating for change, and helping drive forward the work behind Eve’s Law.
While years were spent attempting to delay matters, I remained focused on ensuring that something positive could come from such a painful experience — not just for my family, but for others who may one day find themselves targeted by harassment and conspiracy-driven abuse.
After a long and difficult journey, I hope today finally allows this chapter to close with dignity, and allows the focus to remain where it belongs: on truth, accountability, and protecting others in the future.
Accountability. Dignity. Closure.
