@dhlexpressuk You have one job, to deliver parcels and you can’t manage to do that. I was expecting a delivery yesterday which you confirmed by text but it never arrived. When I checked it had been returned to the depot 2.5 hours before the delivery time slot but no notification

@dhlexpressuk You had delayed my delivery to today, same 1653 to 1753 time slot. I have just checked and you have delayed it to tomorrow now. I assume the “express” in your name is being used ironically! I paid for next day delivery and was happy to cut you some slack but …

I know that everything possible was done by the best trained and very experienced Rescue and Medical team at Brands Hatch. For those of you who were at Brands, I say only that I feel your sadness. My thoughts are with the family, friends and colleagues of our fallen team mate.

I could not find the right words to say yesterday to express how heartbroken I was. There has always been banter between Marshals and Rescue crew but deep down we’re all the same team.

Between @Poole_Hospital and @RBCH_NHS a total of 250 patients with Covid-19 have been discharged. On his road to home is Kelvin Crocker, now recovering on a ward after spending 39 days in intensive care. This is the incredible moment Kelvin leaves the unit under his own steam 👏

Often I sit and listen to union leaders and get frustrated at the seemingly negative approach to everything, just watched @nowak_paul and really impressed at his approach and comments on getting people back to work. Sensible, constructive, balanced and realistic.
