Here’s the thing about all the vibe coded apps creating vulnerabilities because people don’t know what they’re doings Well, some people didn’t know what they were doing before vibe coding. As models get more capable, the baseline quality will naturally rise and the amount of insecure apps out there will only decrease.

I managed to use Claude Fable to generate some deep implementation specs for an experimental project involving a video/audio pipeline. It’s Opus is now working overtime implementing, conducting all the research and findings. Fascinating seeing it research, reason, and plan next steps. And with remote coding sessions into the Claude mobile app I can keep on top of the progress. It’s been working for about 5 hours on this challenge so far. Absolutely incredible workflow!

Why can I drag files into a browser, like uploading to Google Drive, but I can't drag things out of the browser, like downloading from Google Drive?

Multi-line prompts in Claude code is really annoying, I keep submitting the first line too early

I’ve been playing with the Claude app connected to my email and Notion. The way I can now get it to pull information out of my email and track things in Notion is so cool. I’ve even got it to create draft responses. The mobile app was off to a good start, but the Notion connector kept failing and the voice mode kept reading the raw JSON responses. If that was fixed, I could totally use voice mode to manage my inbox and projects. Promising but needs to just get over the last few niggles. Only down side, the gap between plans goes from $20 a month to $100 😭

One of my favourite techniques when coding with AI is to drop into Ask mode and ask it "if I were to do .... how would you do it and what's the pros and cons". Then I'll follow up with "What happens if...." or "I also want it to..." This will fill the context with a well reasoned approach that matches your intent. Then I'll ask it to write this to a spec file as part of the code base, so we capture the decisions and reasoning. Then finally I'll drop it into plan mode to implement that spec.
