Many people did not know what he was referring to at the time. If these reports are accurate, then Kenya may have jumped from the frying pan straight into the fire. Kenyans should be asking some very basic questions: Who brought him into the deal? Who conducted the due diligence? Who approved the consortium? And why do controversial figures keep finding their way into strategic national projects? I keep saying this country is being messed up in all the wrong ways.
