ALT A Google review from Mr McDermott. I made my 1st visit to Maskell Josephson and what a fabulous experience it was. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel special. Benji who my eye examination was with took time to explain to me each step of the examination and what the outcomes were. It was a 1st for me as other optometrists haven't done that previously. Benji was very knowledgeable and thorough, and put me at ease. He's a credit to the business. I was then introduced to Tom who spent time with me looking at a number of frames and discussing lenses etc that were available. Tom made the task a pleasure and knew what suited me, and took on board l wanted frames that made a statement. I am now looking forward to the fitting of my new glasses in a couple of weeks. Thank you Benji and Tom l really appreciated your time and professionalism. I will be recommending my family and friends to Maskell Josephson in Altrincham.
