BREAKING: President Trump is reportedly considering dismissing several senior administration officials who opposed the Iran agreement, including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and CIA Director John Ratcliffe, according to Israel Hayom. U.S. sources cited by the outlet say Secretary of State Marco Rubio currently appears to be safe, having avoided publicly criticizing the agreement and retaining significant support within the administration.

💢 According to a report by Iranian outlet Khabar Fori, the first tranche of Iranian funds released under a Reuters reported financial understanding with the UAE has arrived in Tehran, despite repeated public denials by U.S. and Emirati officials. The Iranian outlet claims a private Emirati aircraft landed at Tehran’s Mehrabad Airport after bypassing regional flight restrictions, carrying an initial $3 billion transfer of Iran’s foreign currency assets. Flight tracking data reportedly shows an Emirati Boeing 737-7JZ BBJ (registration A6-RJF) flew directly from Abu Dhabi to Tehran on June 8. Citing what it describes as reliable regional and international sources, Khabar Fori says the transfer is part of a broader agreement under which the UAE would release between $10 billion and $20 billion in Iranian funds, with the reported $3 billion shipment representing the first installment.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran just published all 14 clauses of the MoU. Read them carefully, because this is not the deal Trump described. The headline numbers: $300 billion in reconstruction commitments from the US and allies. $24 billion in released frozen funds, half before negotiations even start. Complete naval blockade lifted within 30 days. US forces withdrawn from around Iran. Here's the big one: Hormuz reopens under Iranian arrangements, meaning Iran keeps management of the strait. The nuclear clause is Clause 9: Iran reiterates its commitment not to produce nuclear weapons. That's it. No enrichment cap. No dismantlement. No inspector access beyond existing frameworks. The actual nuclear terms get negotiated in a separate 60-day window, and Clause 14 explicitly removes Iran's missile program and support for resistance groups from the agenda entirely. Permanently. Iran's Deputy FM called it a total victory this morning. He wasn't spinning. Source: Mehr News / Writer: Oliver
🇺🇸🇮🇷 Flashpoint in the US-Iran deal: The Strait of Hormuz.Trump demands toll-free passage: "I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait" Iran says no 'tolls', but will charge 'service fees,' 'security fees,' and 'management fees' while keeping control (possibly with Oman). Either that's a word play to grant Iran a toll without calling it so. Or the deal's clauses aren't as clear on some of these issues. Writer: Oliver

Reaction to the "MOU": 1, it will be a sell-the-news event at open--and erase the gap within an hour. 2, the details of MOU won't be released after signing on Friday--that tells you how toxic the contents are. 3, Five days to sabortage the preconditions. A perfect bull trap.
BREAKING: President Trump confirms that the US and Iran will be signing a peace deal on June 19th.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran’s Foreign Ministry just poured cold water on the hype: The Islamabad memorandum will not be signed tomorrow. Nuclear issues are not part of this stage. Focus is only on ending the war. A signing could still happen in the coming days, but they’re warning about “the other side’s inconsistency.” The victory parade Trump’s running is hitting traffic in Iran. Still no signing. Still no trust. Source: IRIB, Press TV / Writer: Oliver
🇮🇷 Iran is preparing a massive state funeral for late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The funeral will take place around July 13-18, with ceremonies across Tehran, Qom, and Mashhad, ending with burial at the Imam Reza Shrine, one of the most important Shia holy sites in Iran. Khamenei’s body has reportedly remained unburied for more than 3 months because of the war, security concerns, religious timing, and the expectation of enormous crowds. Authorities are preparing for what could become one of the largest public gatherings in modern Iranian history. Source: Al Jazeera / Writer: Sol

🚨 NEW: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told State TV the emerging U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding is a roughly 1.5-2 page, 14-point document that has been negotiated for more than two months and reviewed line by line by Iran’s Supreme National Security Council and military leadership. 🔸According to Araghchi, the first stage includes: ➤ A formal end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon ➤ A commitment that neither side will initiate a new war or use threats and force ➤ The lifting of the U.S. naval blockade ➤ A framework for the release of Iran’s frozen assets ➤ The Strait of Hormuz is addressed in the memorandum, with Araghchi saying Iran’s future management of the waterway “will be different from the past” and that services there “will no longer be free.” The arrangement for the 60-day period will be settled by the MoU itself, but other details may be finalized during the follow-on negotiations. ➤ Sanctions relief and reconstruction are raised as part of a reconstruction and economic development plan, but Araghchi says the full mechanisms on the matter will be agreed during later negotiations. 🔸 The Second Stage: ➤ Would consist of 60 days of negotiations toward a final agreement, with the possibility of extension by mutual consent. ➤ Araghchi says those talks will aim to resolve the nuclear file, including uranium enrichment and Iran’s stockpile of 60% enriched uranium. ➤ He says the negotiations will also address the broader issues raised in the memorandum, including sanctions relief, the reconstruction and economic development plan, arrangements related to the Strait of Hormuz, and other technical details. 🔸 On Hormuz (and Oman and China): ➤ He says Iran and Oman, as the two sovereign states bordering the strait, will continue to oversee its security and administration. ➤ Araghchi suggested that services in the Strait of Hormuz that have historically been provided free of charge, including maritime security and safe passage, the designation and maintenance of shipping lanes, environmental protection, and search-and-rescue services, would under a future framework carry fees. ➤ Araghchi says Iran has held close consultations with Oman, which he described as its principal partner on the issue, and that the two sides have reached “good results.” He said joint plans and a joint statement will be announced in the near future. ➤ He also says Iran has held expert-level consultations with other stakeholder nations, including China, noting that roughly 40% of shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz is linked to China because of its economic interests. 🔸Araghchi said the memorandum will be signed remotely in a “digital” format, with each side signing separately before a joint announcement, adding that an agreement could be finalized “within the next day or two, or within the next several days.” 🔗 Araghchi’s full remarks on Friday, translated into English by Drop Site News, are below ⬇️
🧵THREAD: Full Remarks by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Friday: 🔹 “Over the course of one year, we went through two very severe wars. That is a reality. After the 12-day war, I think they concluded that perhaps they had not sufficiently prepared their capabilities. Perhaps they realized they first needed to target what they saw as our greatest strength, which is our social cohesion. They made preparations and got themselves ready for a bigger war. In the meantime, we experienced the events of the 18th of Dey [January 7-8], and then we faced the 40-day war, in which they imagined that this time they could finally, in their delusion, finish the job. But instead, they encountered extremely courageous and steadfast resistance from Iran, from Iran’s armed forces, and from the Iranian people.” 🔹 “When I use the word ‘steadfast,’ I do so deliberately. Just a couple of days ago, one Western official said, ‘We did not believe that the Iranian people, or Iran itself, could be this steadfast and resist this stubbornly.’” 🔹 “This steadfastness and resistance, throughout the 40 days of war and afterward during the ceasefire up to the present, is first and foremost owed to our armed forces, who made enormous sacrifices. This has been said many times, but truly every one of us owes a debt to our armed forces and to the martyrs of our armed forces, who gave their lives in sacrifice.” 🔹 “Likewise, we owe a debt to the people, who during this entire period never for a single moment abandoned the armed forces, the officials, or the country as a whole. Every night they were in the streets, and every day they were present in the field. They endured shortages and hardships with resilience and perseverance, and they remained engaged. That is why it is right to speak of a kind of national awakening, even a kind of rebirth.”

Buckle up--the next leg down to sub-7000 starts. FOMC will serve as the last hold-up point, but it won't last long.
As expected, a rebound to 7400 zone, to hug tmrw's SPCX IPO. The catalyst is as brainless as the low-IQ participants can dream of believing--another ceasefire & deal. Like a bunch of hamster, the dip-buyers jump on the bandwagon and roll. Good to reload ALL my PUTs back. 💪

The year is 2028. Trump just announced that the deal with Iran is about to be signed this weekend. Iran says it is reviewing the final text. The U.S. says discussions are constructive. Pakistan says a breakthrough is imminent. Qatar says it is honored to have played a constructive role in facilitating the talks. Qatar did not facilitate the talks. Israel says it learned about the deal from Truth Social. Hezbollah in southern Lebanon is still getting bombed daily. Axios reports a rift between Netanyahu and Trump. The White House denies it. Trump then posts a photo of himself and Netanyahu. Netanyahu is not in the photo. Oil jumps 3%. Then falls 4%. Trump says the deal is being signed at the request of Pakistan and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, who Trump describes as “one of the great generals, maybe the greatest, people are saying.” A senior official says we’re “closer than ever.” A different senior official says “significant gaps remain.” They work in the same office. The next round of talks is scheduled for next weekend. It will also be described as a breakthrough. Qatar thanks Pakistan for its important role and takes credit for the progress.

Do / Die zone here: Bulls have to defend this blue belt and the last line is the blue dotted line. If held, then a rebound to 7400 , hugging tmrw's SPCX IPO. If failed, then the red arrow will lead the way to 7150 zone, in a small flash move.

Retest of 7237 almost done [some doubted my read of the market--they now know who is the GOAT of bear market]. Bulls better right the ship here and now, otherwise, see the RED ARROW-- a gap-down tmrw and mini-crash is due. First target is 7150. Next one is 7040.

🚨 THE US REGULATORY SYSTEM JUST BROKE In 48 hours, SpaceX goes public at $1.77 TRILLION - the biggest IPO ever I've been trading for over a decade, and I have never seen them rewrite the rulebook like this Nasdaq, MSCI, and the biggest brokers in America all bent their own rules for ONE private company That doesn't happen by accident Let me show you exactly what they did: First, Fidelity dropped its minimum account size from $500,000 to $2,000 A 99.6% cut Think about that: The most exclusive door on Wall Street, thrown wide open to millions of small investors - days before the biggest debut in history. Ask yourself one question Why do they suddenly want YOU in? Because somebody needs people to sell to. SpaceX reserved 30% of the deal for retail THREE TIMES the normal share And even then, most people didn't get a full allocation. So to grab more at Thursday's open, they're dumping everything else TODAY to raise cash. That's half of the selling you're seeing. The other half? The smart money front-running July. Here's the trick: SpaceX doesn't join the Nasdaq 100 on day one. It joins 15 days later, because Nasdaq cut its own waiting period from 3 months to 15 days Just for this. The moment it joins, every QQQ fund on Earth is FORCED to buy. $22–27 billion in automatic buying. Translation: imagine 50 buses all forced to pull into the same gas station on the same morning. The funds know the stampede is coming. So they're selling now to free up cash for it. Retail selling. Institutions selling. At the exact same time. THAT is your selloff. Now here's the part nobody will say out loud: When the most connected money on the planet builds a $1.7T exit door and hands the keys to the smallest investors in the market… That's NOT generosity That's distribution at the top. We've seen this movie twice: ➮ 2000 Dotcom ➮ 2021 SPAC mania Insiders cash out at insane valuations while the crowd chases the hype. The math ain't mathing. So you've got two choices in the next 48 hours: Chase the most expensive IPO in history at the open… Or read the prospectus and realize you might BE the exit. The next few days will be INSANE, but don't worry - I'll break down every move as it happens, like I always do. Like it or not, I called every major top and bottom of the last decade publicly. I'll call this one too. Many people are going to wish they followed me before June 12, 2026. Soon, you'll understand why.
