As our summers get warmer some of our people have asked for shorts to be provided as part of our uniform. I’m pleased to say that #TeamWAST will soon be able to access shorts for use at work in the summer months to make working in the hot weather more comfortable.

The Comfort Zone: "a behavioural state where a person operates in an anxiety-neutral condition, using a limited set of behaviours to deliver a steady level of performance, usually without a sense of risk".
