Just had a great breakfast at The Pelican Diner in Laurel, MT, and I had a silly thought. What is an innocuous red flag/green flag at a restaurant for you? For me, if you serve eggs, you must have Cholula at the table. Having other options is a plus, but no Cholula=Red Flag.

This place had me at the jump. Pepsi over Coke, Cholula at the table, they also had A1 and Heinz 57, all pluses for me at a diner, give us actual flavor options instead of just ketchup and syrup.

As DJ so eloquently stated, it's been a fantastic run for the MTS podcast. Partnering with a respected colleague and friend on 1K episodes has been a career milestone. While I will miss our on-air banter, discussions, and debates, I know our professional paths will cross again in the near future. To the fans and aspiring scouts who have enjoyed our work, I hope you will continue to support our individual projects at NFL Media, NFL Network, and ESPN. Although this chapter is closed, I'm excited about the future chapters that will be written down the road. ❤️🙏🏽
Quick pod update- I want to thank everyone who’s listened to Move The Sticks over the last decade. It’s been a blast to create shows with @BuckyBrooks (over 1k of them). He’s a fantastic partner & will always remain a close friend. We’ve had amazing producers & I appreciate them all so much. I’ll let you guys know when I finalize my new podcast home.

One of the only serious criticisms for Brad Holmes is his propensity to draft injured players, but this is simply unfortunate, bad luck. Law didnt have a significant injury history, only having minor injuries previously and no real trend that would raise any concern.
Dan Campbell said that on Tuesday rookie WR Kendrick Law tore his ACL.

Been super busy lately, but finally going on a much needed vacation. We've got a whole site redesign coming this year courtesy of some members of the community, and I'm really excited for what should be a much better user experience along with new features and options. Fun stuff!

...say what now?
🚨 🚨 🚨 Bombshell: The #Browns are finalizing a trade of Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the #Rams in a shocker, sources tell me, @TomPelissero & @AdamSchefter. Cleveland would send Garrett to LA in exchange for star edge Jared Verse, a first-rounder, and more.

Best is probably Denzel, most versatile is Jamie Foxx. Foxx can sing, dance, and act, as an actor he does drama and comedy equally well, he even does nearly perfect impressions. Idris Elba is up there for versatility as well. Mostly a fantastic group of actors.
This is a tough one, but who’s the single most versatile actor on this list?

EXCLUSIVE: Kent Lee Platte of RAS on some interesting #Steelers Draft Trends "From 2005 to 2020 the average offensive lineman RAS score for the Steelers was 4.53. From 2010 to 2020 it was even lower - 4.24. But from 2021 to 2026 it's 9.31. That's a crazy change." steelerstakeaways.com/exclus… @MathBomb @Steelers

While my site is still being fixed, I thought I'd continue a little fun and do a full, athletic profile ONLY evaluation of team draft classes. I may do all of them, I may do only some. It may line up with how they play, it may not, LMK! Next up is #Steelers!

Chamon Metayer is short, but otherwise has good size and length for a TE along with good explosiveness. His reason for skipping 40 was listed as choice, but his agility tests were both in the bottom 10th percentile. This is a blocker's profile if I've ever seen one.
