They are a useless company. Absolutely unknown to customer needs, quality and service. I have to use a towel always to dry the water in my #Thinq fridge. Loading Garbage, that's all.

My @LGIndia #ThinQ fridge leaks water ab initio. @LGElectronics is unable to fix the issue. Apart from abuses and threats from their service team, i have not received any resolution.

#LGThinQ is a rotten fridge. Do not buy. Moisture condenses inside the fridge. #LG doesn't know how to fix it. They won't replace it also. As for #lgindia, their employees give choicest expletives to such aggrieved customers.
