So @marksandspencer won't honour my elderly dad's expired gift card - even though they don't put an expiry date on the card 🙄 and their gift card query phone line cost us £1 a minute 🙄🙄. Customer service petty and unhelpful. So won't ever shop there again.

An 'anti-homeless cage'. The warm vents from a Thai restaurant in Manchester attracted homeless, seeking somewhere to sleep away from sub zero temperatures. But not now. Such an ugly sign of where we're at as a society.
