For over 2 hours, I’ve been trying to sort out a repair or replacement of @Sony headphones bought from @Argos_Online which are under warranty. Their AI assistants are awful, and I keep getting sent to Sony repair centres that are too far away and don’t fix headphones.

In an ideal world the government would only bring an important bill to parliament when it has been carefully constructed with input from experts. Maybe even a multi-partisan approach. But no, @UKLabour irresponsibly rushed this through and won’t dare lose face. Just #KillTheBill!

Honestly the whole lead up to this #WelfareReformBill with the years’ long speculation over what the last and this government have been considering doing to disabled people has caused incredible stress to me and all other disabled people that I know. They’re truly #TakingThePIP.

When I voted @UKLabour for the first time in last year’s election, I expected a kinder and more compassionate government than the disastrous Tories. This and the winter fuel debacle has shown that I was wrong. Might be the first and last time they have my vote.

- Accessible transport or car adaptations
