In 2011, I was at a NASCAR media event and a frustrated reporter arrived late, just missing Kyle Busch.
Busch recognized it, walked up to the guy and offered an interview. They talked for several minutes.
Small thing, but spoke volumes. Never forgot that. RIP Rowdy.

My biggest offseason issue with the Bengals the last few years has been that they hoped guys would outperform their contracts/draft slots rather than ensuring they had legit pros at key positions.
Feels like the strategy changed this offseason.

Some of the same people I’ve seen call the Bengals cheap are saying they’re foolish for (presumably) extending Dexter Lawrence rather than paying a rookie deal.
Pick a narrative and stick with it, folks.
